All prices in AUD. Vidulich Group isn't registered for GST, so there's no GST on top. Monthly plans run for 12 months, then month to month.

Straight answers
Is it a real app on the App Store?+
Yes. Your app goes on the App Store and Google Play under your gym's own name and logo. While Apple reviews it, members can start straight away by scanning the QR code on your wall.
I already use GymDesk, Mindbody or Glofox. Do I have to switch?+
No. Keep running memberships and billing where you do now. Vidulich Group builds the part your members actually open every day: check-ins, comp, store, PT, notifications. Upload your member list and the app knows who's paying.
Where does the money from PT and merch go?+
Straight to you. Card payments go into your own Stripe account, in your gym's name. We never hold your money and we don't take a cut. Cash at the desk works too.
How do I know it's working?+
Your growth dashboard shows it every month: free classes booked by members' mates, who showed up, who joined, Instagram shares and Google reviews. No guessing.
How long does it take?+
Your demo is ready before we meet. Once you say yes, about two weeks to go live: we load your timetable, coaches, PT hours, prices and merch, then put the QR poster on your wall.
What does the monthly fee cover?+
Hosting, the database, security updates, new features as we build them, and changes when you need them. New class time, new shirt, new coach: send a text.
Who owns my website and members' data?+
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, your member data is yours, and if you ever leave we hand over an export.
What if members don't use it?+
That's why it's built around the comp, streaks and prizes rather than just a timetable. People open it to check their rank. At launch we help you run the first month's comp so it catches on.
